We store and process your personal information on our computers in Canada and we protect it by maintaining electronic and procedural safeguards in accordance with applicable Canadian Federal and Provincial regulations.

We may share your personal information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, passport number, financial information, with:

• Post-secondary institutions and other service providers under contract who are partnered of our business operations.
• Law enforcement, government officials, or when:
• we are compelled to do so by court order or similar legal procedures
• we need to do so to comply with law
• we believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss
• to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violation of our service agreement

Please note that by signing our Service Agreement, you understood, agreed and accept to abide to this Policy. We may amend this policy at anytime by posting a revised version on our website
